In her more than 15 years of experience, Margot has a proven track record of overseeing successful marketing programs for clients as well as demonstrating leadership in a range of environments.

Margot’s early training at Foote, Cone and Belding in Chicago focused on Direct, Integrated and Interactive Marketing. Principal clients included Fidelity Investments where she oversaw development of collateral-based acquisition programs and new product launches; and, Kraft Foods, where she served on an integrated team to launch and grow a multi-product program. In addition, Margot was a charter member of the first interactive group at FCB, and was charged with identifying, securing and managing execution of interactive marketing programs for FCB-roster clients. This required salesmanship and collaboration with network resources and all business units of FCB.

As SVP, Director of Client Services for Four Points Digital (and then marchFIRST, Inc.), Margot oversaw all agency accounts to deliver quality, innovative marketing programs in a competitive, rapidly-evolving marketplace (interactive marketing in the dotcom era). Margot oversaw BtoB and BtoC interactive program strategy and execution for first-class companies including Sears, Allstate, Grainger, and Unilever in addition to many dotcom companies.
