Lisa is the strategic compass and internal engine that drives Sequence Consulting. As the co-founder of Sequence, Lisa has charted our successful strategy and built a unique business model that makes it possible to deliver for our clients in a way that makes Sequence truly stand out for what we do.
Lisa co-founded Sequence Consulting in 2002 to deliver great strategy consulting in a way that was faster, more focused on results and fit better with the way clients want to do business. As CEO, she is the keeper of that vision, and is a dedicated champion for our clients and our firm’s values.
As a leader and executive for over fifteen years, she has been a pragmatic innovator and tireless agent of change. She has helped rationalize and integrate the merger of billion-dollar firms. She has organized and standardized business practices across more than fifty global business operations. She has developed and deployed groundbreaking compensation and retention models for an organization with over 10,000 employees.
Lisa developed and refined her approach to consulting approach with marchFIRST, a leading global consulting firm helping companies build visionary brands, business models, systems and processes. As a Vice President with the company, Lisa was a key member of the Executive Committee and worked closely with the Board of Directors and the senior leadership team. She played a critical role in major acquisitions, multiple financing events and global workforce realignment. She began her career as Director of Business Services for “The Christian Century,” a highly respected journal of religious and academic thought, where she was responsible for business operations.
She studied for her BA at Hope College in Michigan and received her Masters in Not-for-Profit Management at DePaul University in Chicago.
