Keryl has dynamic strategic instincts and a passion for big ideas. She's unceasingly curious about customer behavior and relentless in her pursuit of the unexpected insight. She has a keen ability to hone in her clients’ objectives, both explicit and implied. Her strong belief in the value of research, and also the fallibility of research, has led her to utilize conventional and unconventional research methods designed to yield actionable answers to her clients’ most challenging questions.
After studying communication and psychology at Northwestern University, Keryl spent 20 years at advertising agencies both large and small, most recently as Director of Strategic Planning at MARC USA. She has developed specific expertise in corporate vision development and brand architecture. She also headed strategic efforts at MARCA Hispanic. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including Infiniti, BMW, Sennheiser, Chicago Tribune, Careerbuilder.com, Apartments.com, and Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants.
She received her BA in Communications from Northwestern University.
